Turn QR Visit Milestones into Shopify Flow Workflows
The first visits to a QR placement can be a useful signal that packaging has reached customers, an event display is being noticed, or a retail campaign is beginning to move.
FlashWombat's QR campaign milestone reached trigger lets a named placement start a Shopify Flow workflow at fixed attributed visit counts.
Milestones Built for Simple Automation
The trigger fires when a placement reaches:
1, 10, 50, 100, 500, or 1000 attributed QR visits.
Each event includes the threshold and current count, along with the placement name, category, status, deployment state, parent campaign title, and an authenticated analytics URL.
Use those fields in Flow conditions to make the next action relevant to the campaign.
Workflow Ideas
You might create workflows that:
- Let a campaign owner know when a new event placement records its first visit.
- Create a review task after a packaging placement reaches 100 visits.
- Send different internal messages for event, packaging, and retail-display categories.
- Share the FlashWombat analytics URL with the person responsible for the next campaign review.
FlashWombat supplies the trigger data. You add the email, message, task, or other downstream action and turn on the workflow in Shopify Flow.
Understand What a QR Visit Means
Milestones use attributed, non-bot visits to the named QR URL. They are not unique people, and they do not prove that every visit came from a camera scan. A person can visit more than once, and a QR URL can be opened from another source.
Treat the milestone as a directional campaign engagement signal. It is not a completed checkout event, order attribution, or revenue measurement.
Start with New Activity
Activating the workflow does not create a burst of old milestones from historical visits. New qualifying activity drives future events. Shopify Flow and app-trigger delivery are asynchronous, so a milestone workflow might not run immediately.
To build your workflow, follow Use FlashWombat Flow Triggers. Choose the milestone trigger, add conditions for the threshold or placement category, select the downstream action, test the workflow, and turn it on.
